Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items that don't match the description

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

4. Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
